Waypoint Alba Consulting is named in honor of Alba, the matriarch of our family—a woman with little formal education but an extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit. With determination, creativity, and resilience, she built opportunities where none seemed to exist. Her lessons were simple but powerful: dream big, set goals, keep learning, work hard, and never be afraid to ask for help. She believed that sometimes all you need is the right tool—and the courage to use it.

Two generations later, those values remain at the center of who we are. Alba’s vision and strength shaped her children and grandchildren, and those same foundations now guide Waypoint Alba Consulting.
